I've been doing a lot of reading both in the documentation and on the forum on the topic of relations among objects. Here's what I've come up with and I ask if someone can confirm it: In order to create relations between two objects, you can go two ways: 1. If at least one of the objects has a special attribute in its class definition that allows it to "link" to another object, use that. This is dubbed the "attribute relation". 2. If at least one object has an XML Block attribute, you can insert the <object> tag in there and thus create a relation with any other object. This is undocumented, I heard about it on the forums only, and I still have some testing to do to confirm it. But what happens if neither object has an XML Block, nor a specific linkage attribute in its definition? My first reflex when I needed object relations was to look for one place in the admin interface where you could list, define and remove such arbitrary relations. Didn't find one. Is there one? I'm still a newbie with ezPublish, so any insight is greatly appreciated.
