I need import 700 articles from my postnuke portal

I need import into Ez Publish 700 articles from my Old Postnuke Portal and and I should make it soon, you know some script that allows it to me to make quick or that another way can make it... I should learn how to use components of the EZ but at this time it urges me to import the articles Thank you!

For data import you can use this contribution if you are able export your content into XML format.
