After a servercrash I no longer can access admin. I get to the login page, but when I log in, I get a completely blank page. Even when I view source in browser, it blank.

The rest of the site is working fine.

I've tried to manually remove cache files, and to overwrite the design/admin files from my backup. But still I get no admin interface..

Site ezp 3.6.4 running on apache at win2k server, and I only have ftp access to the server.

Any suggestions to how I can get admin up running again?

Enable error reporting from php, you can do that either in php.ini or an .htaccess file. Then, open settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini and enable debugging and try opening your page again. That should give you atleast some information about what's going on. Are you shure that no ini-files or other files were corrupted during the crash?

Thanx for the tip! Now I get the ez debugger that gives me this error message:

---
Notice: eZMySQLDB::query(0.000 ms) query number per page:0 May 19 2006 11:33:48

SET NAMES 'latin1'

Module start 'content'

Module end 'content'

eZTemplate: Loading template "pagelayout.tpl" with resource "design"

No template could be loaded for "pagelayout.tpl" using resource "design"

End

eZTemplate: Loading template "setup/debug_toolbar.tpl" with resource "design"

design/standard/templates/setup/debug_toolbar.tpl, iso-8859-1
---
.. and so on

The touble seems to be that the admin template files are missing, but I know that they are there! Why cant they be found?

Are you sure the intenet server has all the rights to access these template files? Didn't you forget to re-enable some obscure settings or anything?

When debug output is enabled, I have the option of clearing the cache here. When I did that, my adminpages came back online again!!

And why didn't I try this earlier? I was certain that removing all the cache-files manually would produce the exact same result as clearing cache in admin. But now I've learned..

Thank you for all the ideas!
