Paul Leclercq	Tuesday 27 November 2007 2:56:56 pm In order to override the collected information form, you have to copy the form.tpl file from the standard folder to the an identical folder of your siteaccess folder. simply copy: /design/standard/templates/content/collectedinfo/form.tpl to /design/my_site_access/templates/content/collectedinfo/form.tpl That way you should be able to use it in order to plug it into the eznewsletter extension, although I havn't tried it yet.
