Hi

I am new to eZ Publish, having just installed eZ Publish 3.6.12 just a week ago. Everything went smoothly till I got the 'fatal error memory limit error'. I have since modified memory_limit in php.ini from 8M to 12M.

Now, my webpages are displayed (please see http://www.misingapore.com/) but

1. on top of every webpage, there are a lot of codes.

2. I cannot login on admin page. (please see http://www.misingapore.com/index.php/plain_admin/)

Help!

Thanks.

NB: PHP Version 4.3.11, safe_mode on
extensions in eZ Publish: ngflashvideo, youtube, onlineeditor 4.24

Hi again

Just an update.

I went into the cache folder and had a look at the files there. Noticed some files had a missing '<' header and added this header. Result: webpages display correctly now.

Problems Remaining:

1. However, certain sections show this error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 46080 bytes)

eg. at http://www.misingapore.com/index.php/plain/news
at http://www.misingapore.com/index.php/plain/forums/suggestions_for_mi_singapore

2. I still cannot access admin (http://www.misingapore.com/index.php/admin/). Message:
kernel::50 No database connection could be made, the system might not behave properly

Please help. Thanks.

Hi again

I increased memory_limit in php.ini to 128M and the fatal error memory limit error has gone.

Things went smoothnly... no problems encountered. I managed to access admin finally. So I thought I should erase the cache files for a fresh start. Ha ha -- wrong idea.
Now having cache problems.
