Upgrading 3.6.1 to 3.8.3

Just want to know what scripts in the update folder I need to run. Do I need to run scripts other than updatemultilingual.php update script. Smith

did you already take look on the following document?

From my point of view the updatemultilingual.php update script is the only sscript you should run.
