Am I right suspecting that the flatten.php script will remove all non published version of classes containing binary files without removing the associated binary files? I have a client site here with 158 pdf's in var/storage but only 111 entries in the ezbinaryfile table. Is this how they got orphaned or is there other ways this can happen? Also does anyone have a script or know of an easy way to identify orphan files? Thanks
