As you already realised listing the properties would be straightforward. As for searching you can create a custom search facility using the filter attribute in the fetch function. You will be able to search for any datatype in ez apart from multiple selection data types when you want to search for more than one value when multiple values are saved, in the same attribute. Then your stuck. For example if you wanted to store the style of a property using a multiple selection attribute as a "new build" and "wood construction" you could not search for both of these types in the same field. If you separate them and only search for one value in a multi select menu then it works fine. This is the only weakness of the search facility.
