I want to upgrad database from eZ publish 2.2.9 to new version of eZ 3.2.7 so let me know please how to upgrade this database and coding information .

Depending on the amount of the data, you may want to use templates to dump the data in a CSV file, then write an import for the new version of eZ.
That may be faster and easier than stepping through the upgrades.
