I set up a workflow for the article publication, which works fine but... I have two users (admin) which can approve publications. When one of them does it, the second user still has this item (approved by first user) on the Item list (my account > collaboration).
My question is: how to (automaticly) remove approved items from Item list?
I was testing this situation on 3.8.x and 3.9.x
