GUI for Template Overrides

Allow user to select an override template as part of the content creation process. e.g. in addition to specifing locations can use the preview feature and override the default template used by each location by selecting from a list of already existing overrides (these are already displayed at the bottom of the Admin screen showing the details of a content class). System should show what will be the default template layout and allow the user to override based on rules to be inserted as normal into the overrides.ini file.
Also when defining a Content Class or a Section etc. allow the default and additional template overrides to be defined.
