This is a interesting idea. One which (without references on hand atm) has been covered before in passing conversations. I think the simplest solution depends on the unique consistencies your situation provides.
- If your control files are always the same
- If your display html is mostly always the same - If your flash/video content is always unique You should be able to build a custom template override to fetch the information required (control flash files stored in content tree / media tree), output the required html with your unique video. The template would be mostly static (in this way) yet still would flexibly and simply provide for your needs ... I think (non binding :) at a glance without having touched the subject in sometime). <i>Updated:</i> Added references <i>http://ez.no/community/forum/setup_design/display_flash_file_with_multiple_related_flash_files http://ez.no/content/advancedsearch?&SearchText=video&SubTreeArray%5B%5D=308&SearchDate=-1&SearchPageLimit=5 http://ez.no/content/advancedsearch?&SearchText=flash&SubTreeArray%5B%5D=308&SearchDate=-1&SearchPageLimit=5</i> hth,
