Hi,
do you talk about limitate access of your web site to the registers user.if so , then
edit your siteaccess/site_access_name/site.ini.append

add these line:

[SiteAccessSettings]
RequireUserLogin=true

i think this can help you.

you can disable the user/login view using:

site.ini:

[SiteAccessRules]
Rules[]=access;disable
Rules[]=module;user/login
