I'am trying to setup a RSS exports for a folder and for a forum, but I find very little documentation for this...
Are there any of you that can give me a simple step by step guide for how this is done?
Thanx.. =)

- go to the rss setup page in admin - create a new export and give it an appropriate name - choose the node that contain elements you want to export and what class types to export. Any elements published as children of this object will be listed in the rss export if they are of the correct class. - Add as many node exports as you like- publish the rss export. Try it by clicking on the link. Depending on your browser you will get either XML output or a nice list of the rss exported content. If there is no content the page will be empty.

It's the one you set in Access URL. So if you set "newsfeed" there, you have to enter the url www.yoursite.com/rss/feed/newsfeed to access the feed.
Adding a nicer url for it also works well, so that your users only have to go to www.yoursite.com/rss :)

I'm trying both of these URL's:
http://www.kennelascari.no/index.php/rss/feed/news
http://www.kennelascari.no/index.php/ascari/rss/feed/news
But they do not work...
Any of you have a good idea?

Hi
You should rather set rss rights to
RSS feed
to prevent anonymous users getting too much access to the RSS module.

Uh, yeah, my bad, if that's possible. It wasn't when I set up mine, I think. :)
