Hi everyone,
I looked through the documentation and the forum, but I could not find a way to create sites using the admin GUI of eZ publish.
So, my simple question is : Does it exist ? And Where ?

There is no such thing as a GUI for such tasks.
It could be developed as a module though, but it would not be a trvial task.
