Framesets?

Hi I've tried using the literal class html to pull in a frameset from an affiliate but it doesn't work.

<frameset rows="118,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
<frame src="http://affilate.potn.com/default.php?referer=SR">
</frameset>

</literal>

Can anyone tell me how to make a frameset work inside ezpublish 4.0.1???
