Hi There, I'm kinda new to ez... i've built one big site for a client using the system. I woke up this morning to a call from the client saying that the site was broken, that pages (like the reservation page (which is just an information collection form) were not working.) Upon further investigation i've discovered that the admin system wont allow logins either - no idea why - i just get internal server 500 errors. I've contacted the hosting company and asked for access to the apache error log (so that maybe i can diagnose the problem) ... but i'm in Spain, and my spanish (while functional) isn't really good enough to have a technical discussion with a tech support line over the phone. I'm just wondering if anyone has any clues/tips as to what i might be able to try in the mean time in order to get the site back up and running.. I've cleared the caches manually via my FTP client... it didn't affect anything. I'm a little scared, because at the moment the front end of their website is working, but information collection and administration sections are broken. Please help! :)
