I can't give you the exact solution, but we have a centos OS 4 server with the phpcli enabled, and it works fine.

@Laurent > .sfh isn't an official CentOS php version... And, you haven't the php-cli packet.
On CentOS 5 with php5 (unofficial):
llaumgui@spb-box ~> rpm -qa | grep php 8:42 php-pear-Mail-Mime-1.4.0-1.el5.centos php-common-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-gd-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-ldap-5.2.6-1.el5.remi phpMyAdmin-2.11.9.2-1.el5 php-pear-Net-Socket-1.0.8-1.el5.centos php-pdo-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-xml-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-mcrypt-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-mbstring-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-pear-Auth-SASL-1.0.2-4.el5.centos php-pear-DB-1.7.13-1.el5.centos php-eaccelerator-0.9.5.2-2.el5.remi php-cli-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-mysql-5.2.6-1.el5.remi php-pear-Net-SMTP-1.3.1-1.el5 php-pear-1.7.2-2.el5.remi

Guillaume,
The problem is that I don't want to upgrade this server with it's 22 ezP 3.10 sites. Is there a solution to enabled php Cli with this CentOS ?

Find a packet like php-cli-4.4.7-1.sfh
