Ted Striker	Wednesday 28 March 2007 2:31:53 am Hi, I'm a bit desperated, I have a website running <b>eZpublish 3.7.5</b>, the website has been running with no problem for the last year. Now suddenly the admin interface does not show anymore. It just shows the eZpublish header and the footer. No login form or anything. However, the website shows, all contents and media. I thought it could have something to do with a cache problem (some corrupted files, maybe), but without access to admin interface, I deleted the cache mannually. But the admin interface does not show yet! What can it be? Is there any reference to this problem somewhere (I searched the forum without much luck). Thnak you!!!!! Can you feel it Mr. Anderson? Sten Thorstensen	Friday 30 March 2007 1:02:25 am Maybe you can try to download a clean eZ publish 3.7.5 from the link below and then try to replace your current admin-design with the standard-design. http://ez.no/download/ez_publish/ez_publish_3_stable_releases/3_7
Marco Zinn	Friday 30 March 2007 8:34:34 am I had a similar issue some days ago with an ez 3.9. installation (no production site, furtonatly). If you have FTP access, i suggest to enable debug output for the admin siteaccess to get some more details. You should also check your disc space ;) , cause running out of this usually kills all applications reliably ;) Marco http://www.hyperroad-design.com
Ted Striker	Tuesday 03 April 2007 1:17:17 am Hi again, I couldn't solve the problem, so: - I made a backup of "settings" and "design" files - I made a tar backup of "var" dir - I made a fresh install and restore the backup files - Deleted the cache and... voila! It works Now the site works faster than ever and with no problem. Well maybe at the long run and with some intensive use, some eZpublish files get corrupted... I don't clearly now, but maybe a several month fresh install can help a ez site run smooth, is that possible? Thanks to all for the help and advise!! Cheers! Can you feel it Mr. Anderson? Renaud Patrick	Thursday 05 April 2007 6:50:12 am Hello there, maybe I can spare you some time... I encountered the same problem once, and it was due to the VarDir setting in [FileSettings] (site.ini.append.php) : I had changed it quite some time before, but it triggered this problem (admin -> blank page) only after clearing the cache. Try to reset it to default value, and let's hope this will solve your problem.
