Unexpected error has occured.

I tried installing the newsletter plugin in the 'packages' page, but I always get this unhelpful error:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact the webmaster"

'Could not find the central-directory header' in the error logs, how do I solve this?

This is a windows server running xampp btw.
