Template list in the admin template section not working

For on or the other reason the template list in the admin is not working. Currently I'm running 3.8.0.

Main problem is that in the list it's impossible to switch to another page. Making it impossible to get to the other templates unless going to ftp.

Is there a solution, or is it better to just upgrade to the latest version of 3.9.

It seems to be because at the end of the URL there's an addition of ?filterString=

If i remove the addition it shows the correct page.

Can't reproduce it here on 3.9.2, so try to upgrade to latest 3.8 version or even latest 3.9 version.
