Please Help!!!!

No database connection
Could not connect to database.
Access denied for user: 'root@127.0.0.1' (Using password: YES)
MySQL Error #1045

I already have made a database. I used nextgen(kernel_clean.sql)

Servername
Socket
Databasename
Username
Password
Confirm password

Can you tell me what to do and what I need to put behind the above words?
