hello
i have 2 siteaccess for 2 languages en and fr
how can i have for one node the url_alias in french and in english

Did you translated the node?It should create different aliases for every language!
Or do you want to have the same alias for the both?
in this case you can create a new alias in module: "/content/urltranslator"

yes and i have 2 different title
like for example /catalogue/produit/ in french /catalog/product in english.
up to now , in the the french page i have a link to /en/catalogue/produit and in english, i have /fr/catalog/product/ it is not what i want
my question is how to have in the first one a link to /en/catalog/product in the french page and in the english a link to /fr/catalogue/produit/.

If you are using eZ Publish 4.1, you can link to the "switchlanguage/to" view:
http://pubsvn.ez.no/nextgen/stable/4.1/doc/features/4.1/language_switcher.txt
Or you can fetch the node in the desired other language using the new "language_code" parameter:
