Hi,

I seek to use WSDL in eZpublish. I search a little, but I have only found a features request in 2003.

So does ezsoap supports wsld ? If it doenot what do you recommand to use WSDL in ezpublish ?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Nusoap is very useful extension. It can be used as the basis to create your own nusoap based extension examples using it's service autoload features.

Here is an example of an extension which depends on the nusoap extension. <i>http://projects.ez.no/bcsoapsearch</i>

These features were recently used to provide for searching of eZ Publish content through soap.

In our first example we offered this search through soap feature to eZpedia with the idea to offer a web service which could be used to provide search of eZ content objects using the eZ search engine through soap to users in using irc chat software on the irc channel #ezpublish (<i>on freenode.net irc</i>) through the tronicon irc bot.

Here are some examples of the bot's search command usage.

For anybody wanting wsdl support, the ggwebservices extension (0.4 or later) is what you need:
- API 99% compatible with the native soap library of eZP
- supports php5 native soap extension that groks wsdl (for connecting to external servers; generation of wsdl for local services still todo)
