Upgrading ezflow 1.0 to 1.1 without upgrading ezpublish

Hi!

I'm working with ezpublish 4.0.0 and ezflow 1.0 and I wish to upgrade ezflow to the latest version without upgrading ezpublish. The documentation to upgrade ezpublish 4.0 to 4.1 includes the proper way of upgrading ezflow to the latest version (1.1) and I was wondering whether is possible upgrading only ezflow to the latest version using the given script or it can cause troubles (maybe it needs some ez 4.1 funcionality).
