probleme upload file mpg

Good morning,

I try to load a video mpg (30Mo), via admin, in a class with one of its type attribute is File.
But when I confirm the creation of my subject, eZ me redisplays the page editorial content with the File field empty.
Why did t'il not want this file?
I have managed to upload a picture through this field File ....

How can I upload videos type mpg?

Hello Anne,

this is perhaps a PHP file size limitation issue (post_max_size) .

You should look at your php.ini and verify that time-out and file-size limits are relaxed:

; Resource Limits ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

max_execution_time = 900    ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 600    ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
memory_limit = 128M      ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)

; Maximum size of POST data that PHP will accept.
post_max_size = 256M

then, restart apache and check if it works better...

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k restart

You should also check max_upload_size

Anne, it would be nice to post your outcomings here, as others may stumble into similar problems some day. Did changing the php settings solve your issue? If not, how did you work around?

I'm sorry to answer only today....

I solve my probleme, and thanks for everybody :) :)

I do like that:
- in php.ini, I modify these lines:

; Maximum size of POST data that PHP will accept.
post_max_size = 256M
; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 256M

and I restart apache

I tested, and that resolve my probleme :)
