Hi ,
we'll have to migrate a website with a lot lot static pages to ezpublish.
The number of pages forbids us to edit each page maually.
Each static page has specific format and used html balises likes span ....
There's a pattern in each page that can help us to get the real content (without menu top , left ...)
Does anyone has some experiences and advice to do this ?

Thanks.

not an easy job... though possible

Though I would recommend to make sure that all you pages are valid XML before you import.

Yes but all the pages are not valid XML ....
We thought to import the content in a class Page with
an attribute title
an attribute BlockText wich get all the html content of the page (for the migration) in order not to lose html balise
an attribute BlockXml for the future page created via EzPublish.

I think it's possible no ?

There is no standard procedure in doing imports.

Your hardest task would be to convert your blocks/html into eZ XML/XML Datatype format.

I would propose to directly convert the old HTML to eZ XML and discard it.

Your non valid XML doesn`t make the job easier.

Most eZ Partners could probaly cover this kind of job.
